At Spectra we aim to provide an efficient and reliable service to all our customers. From the moment you place an order or request a colour match we take every step to ensure you receive the very best service.

Normal lead times for a colour match is 3 working days with a sample, although we can turn matches round in as little as 24 hours in emergencies. Masterbatch production is done in just 5 working days as standard although, as with colour matching, shorter notice work can be done when necessary.

We realise that getting your masterbatch on time is key to your operation. Spectra offer an overnight delivery service to anywhere in the United Kingdom that is built in to the cost of your masterbatch.

Universal is a next working day service on orders placed before 12:00 noon.

We also deliver to countries all over Europe and occasionally to the United States. Again this can be built in to the per kilo price of your masterbatch so that the price you see is the price you pay.

At Spectra we use reputable couriers such as T.N.T and can provide a full tracking service for your deliveries at any point during transit.
